We only accept returns if the product is defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrect.
At Eilotu, every order is carefully inspected and securely packed before shipping. Since our products are replica-inspired collectible cards made for personal use, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges on non-defective products after delivery.
We kindly ask you to double-check order details (design, style, and quantity) before completing your purchase.
📌 Defective, Damaged or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@eilotu.com with:

Once reviewed and approved, we will provide either:

Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect items.
