Notice on Customized Apparel
Because our products are permanently branded with your specific corporate logo or custom design, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues, change of mind, or buyer's remorse. Please review sizing charts and digital proofs carefully before approving production.
1. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that has a manufacturing defect, physical damage, or an embroidery error that deviates from the approved digital proof, we will gladly replace it. You must report claims within 7 days of delivery.
2. How to File a Claim
- Email our support team at info@eilotu.com.
- Include your Order Number in the subject line.
- Attach clear, high-resolution photos of the defect or error.
- Do not mail items back without an authorized RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
3. Resolution Process
Once we review the photographic evidence, we will quickly authorize a free reprint and dispatch it via expedited shipping. In rare cases where a reprint is not possible, we will issue a pro-rated refund for the affected garments.
4. Blank Garment Returns
If you ordered uncustomized (blank) apparel, you may return the unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 14 days for a refund, minus a 15% restocking fee and return shipping costs.
